Experience: 10-15 Years Location: Kolkata / Chennai / Pune Required Skills Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling. Hands-on experience in Python (Scikit-learn) and SQL. Proficiency in Statistical Analysis, Data Management, and Data Visualization. Experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with PySpark and Databricks. Exposure to Generative AI technologies and use cases. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP). Experience in Deep Learning frameworks and methodologies. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and predictive analytics solutions. Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable business insights. Perform data collection, preprocessing, transformation, and quality validation. Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven business solutions.
