Implementation & configuration of various Genesys CC features - Ex: Genesys chat Implementation & configuration of AI Features - Ex: Agent Copilot Genesys Development for implementing User 360 Install, configure, and maintain core Genesys Framework components. Strong knowledge of Genesys Engage architecture and experience with Genesys Framework components Maintain configuration objects like applications, hosts, and connections. Monitor platform health and system performance. Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration management. Maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations . Deploy new Genesys components in development, test, and production environments. Follow change management and release processes. Investigate and resolve platform issues related to SIP, URS , ORS , GRE, GRAT and other services. Analyze Genesys logs to identify root causes. Design and maintain call routing strategies using Genesys Composer Tool . Strong knowledge on analysing routing issues and provide fix to resolve them. End to end platform set up along with application options deployment.
