TCS Hiring for Sourcing & Procurement Delivery Manager Role: Sourcing & Procurement Delivery Manager Location: Mumbai Experience: 10 – 15 years Shift: Should be ok with Rotational/Night Shift Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Skills & Responsibilities 1-5 years in Sourcing, Procurement operations (PR to PO), Vendor Master Data Management and Procurement helpdesk. Experience in leading sourcing projects, building and executing RFPs, evaluating responses. Converting PR to PO, PO follow-ups in ERPs like SAP and Ariba. Coordinate and execute bid clarification/management, conduct supplier negotiation. Experience in indirect categories is added advantage (E.g. IT, Consumables, Construction materials, HR etc.).
