Collected role description

Key Responsibilities: Handle and process Trade Finance products including EDPMS, IDPMS, Letter of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantee (BG) . Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal trade operations guidelines. Provide prompt and effective client servicing , resolving queries and supporting end-to-end transaction processing. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth execution of trade transactions. Maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time in operations. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products: EDPMS, IDPMS, LC, BG . Good understanding of regulatory and banking compliance requirements. Strong client service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
