Drive process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline. 2-4 years of operations experience. Strong understanding of UK insurance processes and concepts. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
