Experience supporting audit, risk, security, and compliance activities. Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes. Must have Skills : Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coordination skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage escalations. Understanding of application lifecycle management, governance, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release). Knowledge of application architecture, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and enterprise technologies. Understanding IT risk management, cybersecurity, controls, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices.
