Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in Application Management, IT Service Management, IT Governance, or a related role. Experience managing enterprise-critical applications within regulated environments. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and external service providers. Experience supporting audit, risk, security, and compliance activities. Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes. Skills Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coordination skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage escalations. Understanding of application lifecycle management, governance, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release). Knowledge of application architecture, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and enterprise technologies. Understanding of IT risk management, cybersecurity, controls, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices.
