Collected role description
Strong hands-on experience in Java Core, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture . Proficiency in Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, stream processing). Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed systems . Strong knowledge of design patterns, clean coding practices, and system design principles . Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and deployment automation . Exposure to cloud platform Azure is preferred. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with experience in defect triaging and production issue resolution . Ability to work closely with business teams, understand requirements, and call out technical gaps or risks proactively. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Experience in Docker, Kubernetes and containerized deployments. Knowledge in SQL Experience with monitoring, logging and Alerting tools(Splunk, Opensearch) Agile Experience
