Required Skill Set: Minimum 10 years of overall experience , with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Payment Investigation . Experience in managing a team of 30-40 FTEs . Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to handling multiple internal and external stakeholders . Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
