Role :RTR Lead Skill : Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience : 5 years to 8 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing -12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills: • 5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities • Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills • Interaction with the client - Governance calls • SLA adherence • Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred Good to Have • Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools • Complex Accounting • Project Exp on Process Improvements • Excellent communication skills • MS Office skills Job Responsibility • 100% WFO (work from office) • Willing to work in night and rotational shifts. • RTR experience required • Customer service skills • Well-organized and proactive • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally • Good listening skills • Ability to work independently • Tracking budget expenses • Attention to detail • Maintains healthy vendor relationships • PC proficiency • Data entry skills • General math skills
