Collected role description

Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations tower for a new client account. The role is accountable for establishing and stabilizing recruitment delivery across demand intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, pre-boarding, vendor governance and recruitment reporting. The Tower Lead will serve as the senior operational contact for the client, ensure hiring outcomes and service commitments, build a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement and technology-enabled transformation across the recruitment lifecycle.
