Collected role description

Large-scale enterprise migration delivery: Proven end-to-end ownership across discovery, mapping, build, validation, and cutover. Target platform experience: Hands-on migration from on-prem Java/Oracle to Salesforce Certinia (ERP/PSA) or equivalent Salesforce ecosystem. Oracle data engineering: Strong SQL/PLSQL for complex queries, performance tuning on large datasets, stored procedures, and reconciliation logic. Python ETL development: Build modular, config-driven pipelines with robust logging, error handling, retry mechanisms, and scalability. Migration execution & controls: Experience with ETL/integration tools (Informatica/Talend/MuleSoft/Boomi/SSIS, etc.) plus strong validation/reconciliation/auditability and cutover readiness (runbooks, rehearsals, dependency coordination).
