Collected role description

Good knowledge and experience in handling break fix issues for Laptops/Desktops. Experience in handling hardware/Software related issues for various desktop/laptop models. Knowledge of deployment of applications via either SCCM or intune. Experience in testing hardware patches, OS patches and application compatibility Knowledge and experience in Endpoint encryption tools like Bitlocker. Expertise in Windows 10/11 OS, address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
