TCS Inviting Applications for Role : Copilot SME Exp : 5- 10 yr Location : PAN India Key Responsibilities Platform Assessment & Readiness • Evaluate the current Microsoft 365 environment for Copilot readiness. • Identify gaps in licensing, data access, compliance, and user enablement. • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure proper configuration and governance. Training & Enablement • Design and deliver persona-based training programs tailored to various roles. • Create engaging learning content including tutorials, videos, and quick reference guides. • Conduct live webinars, interactive workshops, and drop-in sessions to demonstrate Copilot use cases and best practices. User Handholding & Support • Provide hands-on assistance to users during rollout and early adoption phases. • Capture user feedback , usecase identification and track overall adoption progress • Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Monitor usage analytics and adoption metrics to identify support needs.
