Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance initiatives. Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes. Manage master data domains including: Material Master Business Partner Customer Master Vendor Master Product Master Finance Master Data Lead SAP MDG implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. Drive SAP S/4HANA data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities. Establish data stewardship and ownership models across business functions. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to standardize master data. Define and monitor data quality KPIs, governance metrics, and compliance standards. Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with stakeholders. Support SAP transformation programs, Brownfield, Greenfield, and SAP S/4HANA migration projects. Mentor project teams and provide guidance on SAP Data Governance best practices. Mandatory Skills 8+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP Data Management and MDM. Hands-on experience in: SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) SAP MDM SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Data Governance Data Quality Management Data Cleansing & Harmonization Master Data Lifecycle Management Strong knowledge of: Material Master Data Vendor Master Data Customer Master Data Business Partner Management Product Information Management Experience with LSMW, Migration Cockpit, Data Services (BODS), or similar SAP migration tools. Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data models. Experience in Data Validation, Reconciliation, and Governance Controls. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Preferred Skills SAP MDG Functional or Technical expertise. SAP Data Services (BODS). SAP Information Steward. SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). SAP Fiori applications for Data Governance. Experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, or Semarchy. Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP data platforms. Agile/Scrum delivery exp erience. </div
