Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders. Design, configure, and implement SAP FPSL solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Configure FPSL accounting rules, posting logic, subledger processes, and reporting structures. Translate IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Local GAAP, and regulatory accounting requirements into functional specifications. Support integration between SAP FPSL and SAP S/4HANA Finance. Perform Fit-Gap analysis and provide functional solution recommendations. Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities. Support financial closing, reconciliation, and reporting processes. Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and issue resolution. Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials. [SAP FPSL JD | Word] Mandatory Skills 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with hands-on SAP FPSL expertise. Strong knowledge of: SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Accounting Rules & Posting Logic Financial Close & Reconciliation Regulatory Reporting & Compliance IFRS 9 and/or IFRS 17 Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance integration. Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and functional configuration. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
