BP01 – General Accounting / R2R Associate Job Title: General Accounting / R2R Associate Role Level: BP01 (Associate) Experience: 1–3 Years Role Summary The General Accounting / R2R Associate supports general accounting, journal processing, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and period-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and adherence to established controls and service levels. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustment entries Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations Support intercompany accounting, matching, and settlement activities Support fixed asset accounting including additions, retirements, and depreciation Investigate and resolve reconciling and open items Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails Experience & Skills 1–3 years of experience in General Accounting / R2R or Finance Shared Services Understanding of general accounting, journals, and reconciliations Knowledge of month-end close and accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS awareness) Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
