Design and develop PowerShell scripts for: Auto-healing desktop issues (Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, application failures) Network issue remediation (connectivity, DNS, VPN, latency issues) Implement self-healing / auto-remediation workflows for proactive issue resolution Work with One Engine platform to: Orchestrate automation workflows across distributed environments Enable RPA-driven desktop automation use cases Develop reusable automation modules for incident prevention and remediation Use PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) for application packaging, installation, and deployment Integrate scripts with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for automated ti cket resolution Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of scripts Document automation workflows, scripts, and configurations Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve system efficiency </ul
