Key Skills 4G/5G RAN Operations Wireless Network Performance & Optimization Telecom NOC Operations Ericsson ENM, ENIQ Splunk, ServiceNow ITIL Processes Incident & Problem Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Network Monitoring & Service Assurance Python & Automation (Preferred) Responsibilities Lead RAN operations and service assurance activities. Monitor network performance, alarms, and service KPIs. Manage critical incidents and drive timely resolution. Conduct RCA and implement preventive actions. Coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendor teams. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and operational standards. Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Skills AIOps & Telecom Analytics Network Automation Dashboard & Reporting Tools Multi-vendor RAN Environment Experience
