Native iOS Technical Lead Experience: 8+ years Locations: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Define application architecture, technical standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices. Lead end-to-end iOS application design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support. Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit. Conduct code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, third-party SDKs, push notifications, analytics, and local storage solutions. Drive unit testing, UI testing, automation, CI/CD, TestFlight distribution, App Store releases, monitoring, and issue resolution. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, memory leaks, battery usage concerns, and complex production defects. Mentor iOS developers, support technical decision-making, estimate deliverables, and communicate risks and dependencies. Ensure compliance with Apple Human Interface Guidelines, accessibility standards, privacy requirements, and mobile security practices.
