Role - Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant Experience - 6 to 12 years Location - Bangalore Job description Provide Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud functional consulting service as a Subject Matter Expert and lead discussions with Customer team. Responsible for identifying and gathering business requirements, build/configuration of Employee Payroll setup/data, administering earnings/deductions/garnishment payroll elements Identify functionality gaps and provide workaround solutions Advise customer team on solutions options (for workarounds), risks, and any possible impacts on other processes (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence and Expenses) Interact and assist the project technical team members responsible for developing Payroll related Data migration, Integration and Reports
