Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency ) Must-Have Strong hands-on experience in Python development for AI/ML solutions. Experience in building, training, validating, and deploying Machine Learning models using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn , or similar. Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms , including classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, forecasting, and anomaly detection. Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, model evaluation, and performance tuning . Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications. Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data. Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Knowledge of REST APIs , microservices-based integration, and ente rprise application integration. Understanding of MLOps concepts , including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, retraining, and lifecycle management. Hands on experience with at least one major cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
