Skill: HighRadius Location: Bangalore Exp : 6-12 Yrs Supports the Solution Architect (Senior Consultant) in design workshops, brings in HighRadius module specific knowledge. Support configuration of complex build items. Support unit testing activities in the UAT instance. Liaise with [specify whose 3rd party?] 3rd parties (banks, credit agencies, others) to identify & solve any dependencies with such systems. Provide daily oversight to the technical consultants for Build and Configure activities. Create HighRadius support tickets and liaise with the support team for any change requests, enhancements, bugs & defects as a part of the implementation Lead Super User and End User training sessions. Finalize test cases & Test Script documents. Drive the SIT, UAT & Hypercare sessions & capture findings in a shared tracke Lead the cut-over activities for HighRadius specific configurations. Lead Hypercare calls to identify and resolve any defects/Configuration changes
