Job Title: Generative AI Experience: 6-12 Years Location: PAN India Job Description We are seeking an experienced Generative AI to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and NLP technologies. Key Skills & Responsibilities Develop and deploy AI/ML and Deep Learning solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch , and related frameworks. Build and optimize RAG-based applications utilizing Vector Databases, Embeddings, and LLMs. Work extensively with Generative AI models , including Transformers, GANs, and VAEs. Design, fine-tune, and evaluate NLP and LLM-based solutions. Implement data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and performance optimization. Define and monitor evaluation metrics for RAG and GenAI systems. Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python , NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, NLP, LLMs, and Transformer architectures . Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and autonomous decision-making algorithms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence , or a related field.
