Role Name: Salesforce Agentforce Developer Desired Experience Range: 5 years-12 Years Location of Requirement: Pan India Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow to meet business requirements. Implement and configure Agent Force for contact center operations, enhancing agent productivity and automation. Design and develop custom integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications. Optimize data models, workflows, and security settings within Salesforce. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues , ensuring system stability and performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases , best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, and Flows . Exposure to Agent Force (contact center automation, agent workspace, or related modules). Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs . Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and best practices . Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., PD1, PD2 ) is a plus.
