Collected role description
Hands-on experience with Workforce Management tools, specifically the IFS suite (FSM & PSO), including administration, business rules configuration, and customer adaptations. Strong development expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#), XML, XSL, Web Services, and IIS. Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Oracle databases. Experience with SDLC and technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/.NET code reviews. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible for CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies. Knowledge of telecom operations frameworks such as eTOM and ITIL. Excellent problem-solving, consultative, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in agile, matrixed, and international environments
