Role Purpose Drive transformation across FP&A delivery, sales, solutions and offerings through AI, automation, analytics and operating model redesign. Responsible for developing scalable finance solutions, driving adoption and delivering measurable business benefits through innovation and transformation programs Experience 15–20+ years in Finance Transformation, Consulting, GCC or Digital Finance Proven leadership of enterprise-wide finance transformation programs Experience implementing AI, analytics and automation solutions within finance organizations Working experience in creating Partnerships and Alliances with AI & wider ecosystem for co-development and deployment of solutions Education CA / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance / Strategy Certifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt PMP / Agile Certification Prosci OCM Certification AI / Data Analytics / Automation Certifications Skills & Competencies FP&A Transformation & Modernization Organizational Change Management (OCM) Integrated Finance Design Operating Model Transformation GenAI, Agentic AI & Hyperautomation Analytics, Data & Decision Intelligence ESG Reporting & Sustainability Finance Offering Development & Incubation Co-Innovation, Design & Deployment Value Realization & Benefits Tracking Cross-Functional Leadership Additional Expectations Hands-on transformation execution Flexible across global programs and business needs Build reusable assets, frameworks and accelerators Partner with Delivery, All FP&A Stakeholders, Sales, Alliances and Technology teams
