Required Skills Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud on Core (MCA) . Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Advanced (MCA) capabilities built on Salesforce Core Platform. Expertise in Data Cloud, Segmentation, Journeys, Campaign Management, Personalization, and Customer Engagement . Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM data integration. Strong knowledge of Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform Configuration . Experience in customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation. Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security, and Sharing Concepts. Experience integrating third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Marketing Cloud on Core solutions. Configure campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and engagement programs. Build and manage data models, customer profiles, and marketing automation processes. Integrate Marketing Cloud on Core with Salesforce CRM and external applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions. Develop customizations using Apex, Flows, and LWC where required. Support data migration, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
