Required Skills Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Order Management (SOM) . Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows . Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, Orders, and Billing. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and integration with CPQ/Order Management. Experience in designing and implementing Order Lifecycle Management, Fulfillment, and Order Orchestration. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce security model, deployment strategies, and DevOps tools. Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Order Management solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and review Apex, LWC, integrations, and customizations. Drive Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives and best practices. Design product catalogs, pricing models, discounting frameworks, and order orchestration flows. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Ensure high-quality deliveries through code reviews, testing, and governance standards. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution.
