Collected role description

Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and support OpenText Content Server environments. Implement and maintain OpenText xECM solutions. Work on OpenText Content Server, OTDS, Archive Center, and Records Management. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support document archiving, content management, and workflow implementations. Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP/S4HANA and other enterprise applications. Troubleshoot performance and system issues. Participate in implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions. [SAP Open Text | Word] , [OpenText - Bayer | Word] Required Skills Strong experience with OpenText Content Server. Hands-on experience in OpenText xECM and OTDS. Knowledge of Archive Center and Records Management. Experience in installation, configuration, administration, and support. Understanding of document lifecycle management and content archiving. Experience with workflows, Business Workspaces, and user security management. Exposure to OpenText REST APIs is an added advantage. [OpenText - Bayer | Word] , [SAP Open Text | Word] Preferred Skills Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration. Knowledge of Smart UI and Fiori integration. Exposure to OpenText migrations and upgrades. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
