Role : Manager Skill : Accounts Payable /FAO / Team Management Experience :8 to 15 Years Job Location : Chennai Education : • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) • Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com / BBA & Post Graduate Must Have Skills: Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, T&E, Payment, Team Management Good-to-Have Skills: FAO, Working Knowledge of SAP, Oracle Fusion Responsibility : Monitoring Invoice exceptions, Handling payment queries, process T&E requests in Concur ü Exposure; knowledge; understanding of dialer operations. Managing of clients reports (Weekly/Monthly) Ensures delivery of process as per SLAs and timelines ü Experienced Service Management professional ü Excellent Customer Interaction skills and exposure to working with multiple client teams Drive and lead internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
