JD CBO FAO Customer Leader / Finance Delivery Manager · Minimum Qualifications: CA, CA Inter, ICWA, CPA or MBA Fin with 15+ years of experience in BPS preferably with managing of real estate projects · Ability to manage the overall relationship across all service lines (AP, AR & RTR) on a daily basis o · Maintaining alignment of processes with Customer strategic plans · Being responsible for ensuring stakeholder expectations are being managed effectively, reviewing needs for business requirement changes, evaluating user satisfaction and managing overall demand and consumption · &n bsp; Sound knowledge on outsourcing contracts · Ability to manage and co-ordinate the performance of the obligation and acts as the primary contact for client executive management · Able to run and maintain monthly & quarterly governance connects · Run Operations while meeting all require SLA/KPI · Manage transitions independently · Driving transformation and continuous improvement of FAO processes Resolve strategic & operational issues · Fair knowledge on P&L Management · Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate business partnering · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously · Ability to analyze complex reports, good at MS Xls and MS PPT ·<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-language-override: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optica
