Job Title: Teamcenter Developer – Customization (ITK, SOA, AWC) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Nagpur About the Role We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Developer with strong expertise in Teamcenter PLM customization, Active Workspace (AWC), ITK, BMIDE, and SOA services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing Teamcenter solutions to support enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work on a large-scale PLM transformation program for a global Hi-Tech manufacturing organization, contributing to the implementation and enhancement of Teamcenter-based business processes across product development, manufacturing, and engineering functions. Key Responsibilities Teamcenter Development & Customization Design, develop, and implement Teamcenter customizations using ITK (C/C++) , SOA, and Teamcenter server-side extensions. Develop and maintain custom business logic, workflows, handlers, exits, and integrations within the Teamcenter environment. Customize and configure Active Workspace (AWC) to meet business and user requirements. Create and deploy custom Teamcenter components and functionalities following best practices. Perform Teamcenter server-side development using C++, C#, and Teamcenter APIs. Data Model & Configuration Configure and ext end Teamcenter data models using BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) . Customize business objects, properties, datasets, forms, and relations. Configure workflows, access controls, validation rules, and lifecycle management processes. Support migration and deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments. Integration & SOA Development Develop and consume Teamcenter SOA services for system integrations. Build interfaces between Teamcenter and external enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CAD, and third-party systems. Support API and service-based integrations to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms. PLM Process Implementation Implement and support Teamcenter modules including: Part Management Document Management BOM Management Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) Management Service BOM Management Change & Configuration Management Product Structure Management Testing & Support Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting for Teamcenter customizations. Analyze and resolve production issues with minimal business disruption. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities. Optimize Teamcenter performance and ensure system stability. Collaboration & Delivery Collaborate with business analysts, architects, functional consultants, and project stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Participate in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Work effectively in onsite-offshore and multi-vendor environments. Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to project teams. Required Technical Skills Must Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM Development and Customization . Strong expertise in Teamcenter Architecture , including: Database Server Application Server Web Server Dispatcher Extensive experience with: Teamcenter 11.x or higher Active Workspace (AWC) 5.x or higher ITK Customization (C/C++) BMIDE Configuration SOA Services Development Teamcenter Unified Architecture (TcUA) Experience developing Teamcenter interfaces and integrations. Strong understanding of: Part Management BOM Management Change Management Manufacturing BOM Management Service BOM Management Document Management Experience working on Teamcenter implementation and enhancement projects. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Nice to Have Exposure to CAD integrations. Experience with Teamcenter deployment and migration activities. Knowledge of PLM transformation programs. Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes. Experience with cloud-enabled enterprise applications. Domain Experience Experience working with Hi-Tech Manufacturing industry projects. Exposure to large-scale PLM transformation initiatives. Experience working in multi-vendor and globally distributed environments. </div
