Collected role description

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions. Configure and support SAP SD processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. Configure sales documents, delivery processes, billing, pricing, and credit management. Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize sales and distribution processes. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements. Support integrations with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM modules. Conduct testing, UAT, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions. Resolve production support issues and provide continuous process improvements. Participate in implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
