Collected role description

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and support IBM Sterling OMS applications. Configure and implement order capture, order fulfillment, inventory management, and sourcing solutions. Develop custom services, APIs, user exits, agents, and transaction workflows. Build and maintain integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and third-party applications. Develop and consume REST/SOAP services and Sterling APIs. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities. Support order lifecycle management including order promising, shipment, returns, and inventory visibility. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver OMS solutions. Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
