Key Responsibilities Configure and support Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher modules. Manage warehouse task creation, task assignment, and resource dispatching activities. Work with business users to understand warehouse operational requirements. Configure workflows related to receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping. Optimize labor utilization and task allocation through Dispatcher functionality. Support WMS integrations with ERP systems, automation equipment, and third-party applications. Analyze and troubleshoot warehouse operational issues. Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Conduct UAT, system testing, and user training activities. Prepare functional and technical documentation.
