Collected role description

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions. Configure and support SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits. Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementation, upgrade, and support projects. Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments. Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support. Ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules. Conduct user training and prepare documentation. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
