Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance solutions. Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules. Design and develop technical solutions including integrations, reports, and extensions. Work with business users to conduct workshops and solution design sessions. Perform Fit-Gap analysis and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD). Support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide sustainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SCM, Procurement, HCM, and technical teams. Participate in data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities. Provide production support and resolve critical business issues within SLA timelines.
