Design, implement and maintain components using EJB 3.2 Build dynamic web content using JSP 2.3 and handle requests with Servlet 3.1 Participate in architecture and design discussions, code reviews, and system design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process and code improvements. Mentor junior developers and help shape development best practices. Locations - Chennai/Bangalore/ Hyd/Pune/Indore/Mumbai
