Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM) · Proven experience in SCCM (Configuration Manager) administration · Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migration / Co-Management · Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint management · Experience with Windows Autopilot · Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) · Experience managing: · Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices · Win32, LOB, Store, and Web applications · Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) · Experience with: · Device compliance policies · Configuration profiles · Security baselines · Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills · Experience with incident and problem management · Strong troubleshooting and communication skills ·
