Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve escalated L2/L3 endpoint incidents using ITSM ticketing systems like ServiceNow. Security & Hardening: Maintain endpoint encryption (BitLocker), Active Directory/Entra ID controls, and antivirus compliance.
