Job Title: Windows System Administrator (VMware/O365) Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Kolkata Mode of interview: F2F/ Walk-in on 8th Aug Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator with 4-6 years of experience in managing Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, and Microsoft infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, O365 administration, monitoring tools, and endpoint management solutions. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Manage and support VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Develop and automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting. Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD). Monitor infrastructure health and performance using SCOM (System Center Operations Manager). Manage software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint compliance using SCCM/MECM. Perform user account management, access control, and security administration. Troubleshoot server, network, and application-related issues. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and operational efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures. Required Skills Strong experience with Windows Server Administration. Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter. Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration. Experience with SCOM for infrastructure monitoring. Experience with SCCM/MECM for endpoint and patch management. Understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting and performance tuning. Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Azure Administration and Azure AD. ITIL Foundation certification. VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server/Azure Administrator certifications. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant Microsoft/VMware certifications are preferred.
