Key Competencies · Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in NICE CXone IVR & Bot Development using Mpower studio · Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting). · Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic. · Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or .NET). · Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
