Collected role description

We are looking for a Helpdesk Senior Associate-ITSM to provide L1/ L1.5 technical guidance in resolving reported IT issues. You will act as a liaison between customers and departments, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and customer service abilities. Ideal for graduates with proficiency in French and experience with MS Windows and COTS applications.
