Proven ability to model data into the best solution customized to the client Work with Businesses to identify critical Subject Areas, Business Entities, and Measures. Translate the same for the offshore team and guide them on the business & technical front (DataStage) Conduct Source Data Profiling to ensure thorough coverage of Business Entities, Relationships, and Scenarios in collaboration with the Business Analyst. Architect the Data Model ensuring alignment to the Business Model, Entities, and Processes. Incorporate Data Architectural Components and Processes to ensure adherence to Data Integrity and Data Conformance principles. Design Physical Data Model in line with the underlying Database Platform architecture. Analyze, design and code (DataStage) business-related solutions, as well as core architectural changes, using an Agile programming approach resulting in software delivered on time and in budget
