Seeking an experienced Java Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, experience with modern frameworks, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable Java-based applications Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing technical input Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, UI/UX) throughout the SDLC Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 5–7 years of professional software development experience with core focus on Java Core Java: Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security) Microservices: Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures Databases: Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus Web Services: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; Build Tools: Jenkins Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket Testing: Unit testing (Playwright, Cypress) Messaging Systems: Experience with Kafka. Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS Containers & Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred) CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools Design Patterns: Solid understanding of design patterns and best practices for scalable application design Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills Good to Have Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React) for full-stack collaboration Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Ehcache) Exposure to API Gateway and Service Mesh concepts Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Please let me know if you require any additional information.
