What Awaits You! Join our AI Engineering team and help build next-generation AI solutions for BMW vehicles and digital mobility services. You will work on cutting-edge Generative AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Models, and enterprise AI platforms that power intelligent products and business solutions. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise and automotive use cases. Build LLM-powered applications using RAG, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI frameworks. Develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow automation, and multi-agent collaboration. Fine-tune and optimize LLMs, SLMs, Foundation Models, Multimodal Models, and Transformer-based architectures. Build scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI platforms for enterprise deployment. Develop MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, governance, and continuous improvement. Integrate AI capabilities into business products and services by collaborating with global stakeholders, software engineers, and data scientists. Drive Responsible AI, scalability, reliability, explainability, and security best practices. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership and innovation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications AI & Generative AI 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development and production deployment. Strong experience with: Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) Small Language Models (SLMs) Foundation Models Transformer Architectures Multimodal Models Prompt Engineering Context Engineering Model Fine-tuning RAG & Knowledge Systems Hands-on experience with: Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Knowledge Graphs Semantic Search Hybrid Search Embedding Models Graph RAG Vector Databases Experience with one or more: FAISS Pinecone Weaviate ChromaDB Milvus Qdrant Agentic AI Experience building: Autonomous AI Agents Multi-Agent Systems Agent Orchestration Function Calling Tool Integration Planning & Reasoning Agents Human-in-the-Loop Workflows Workflow Automation Programming & Frameworks Python LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex Hugging Face PyTorch / TensorFlow Cloud & Platform Engineering Strong experience with: AWS (S3, STS, IAM, Secrets Manager, boto3) ECS & EC2 Fargate Docker & Containerization REST APIs OAuth2 Authentication MCP (Model Context Protocol) Cloud-Native Deployments Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work in global, cross-functional, agile teams. Mentoring and technical leadership experience.
