Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Java Full Stack with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and React.js. The candidate will lead technical design, development, code reviews, team mentoring, and end-to-end delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Java/Spring Boot Microservices. Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise applications. Design and implement responsive frontend applications using React.js. Design, deploy, and manage scalable solutions on AWS Cloud. Drive architecture, technical design, coding standards, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architects, and business stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery. Mandatory Skills Java 8/11/17+ Spring Boot Microservices Architecture AWS Cloud React.js REST APIs SQL / JPA / Hibernate Git, Docker, CI/CD Agile/Scrum Experience 10–15 years of overall software development experience. Proven experience in Technical Lead / Lead Developer roles. Strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend technologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, architecture, and team leadership skills.
