Job Title: Senior SAP Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing and delivering SAP projects, driving operational efficiency and optimizing SAP systems and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFe Agile methodologies, the SAP ecosystem, and a proven ability to generate measurable business value through process improvements and cost optimization. Minimum Experience: 12 or more years of experience in SAP BasisSecurity. Preferred Qualification: Candidates with a bachelorsmaster\'s degree and additional certifications in SAP, Agile or a related area will be given preference. Pre-requisite Grade if internal job posting: GL3GL4. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end projects using SAFe Agile methodologies for optimal delivery and collaboration. Drive cost optimization initiatives to generate measurable business value and improve operational efficiency. Oversee and ensure the health, performance and reliability of SAP systems, with a focus on SAP Basis. Implement and manage SAP security protocols, including Security Information and Event Management SIEM processes. Lead SAP RISE migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that deliver tangible business benefits. Conduct regular assessments to mitigate risks, resolve performance issues, and address security vulnerabilities in SAP systems. Skillset: Proven experience in managing and delivering end-to-end projects, preferably in SAP environments, using SAFe Agile methodologies. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Basis, focusing on system health, performance, and optimization. Expertise in SAP security protocols and familiarity with Security Information and Event Management SIEM tools and practices. Practical experience with SAP RISE migration, including planning, execution and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes to drive business value. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Expert level experience in managing medium-to-large projects developing plans, identifying resource requirements, tracking progress, issue resolution. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Work Location: Bangalore, India.
