Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on InsureMO platform configuration for insurance products. Configure and enhance insurance products, business rules, rating logic, and workflows. Work on Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, and related insurance processes. Translate business requirements into platform configurations and functional solutions. Configure and validate insurance rules, product parameters, rating and business workflows. Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders. Support API integrations and system interfaces where required. Perform functional analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Participate in product enhancements, platform upgrades, and implementation activities. Prepare functional documentation and support UATSIT activities.
